You can also enable CARP on the ISA Server arrays. When you enable CARP, the cache drives on all the servers in the array are treated as a single logical cache drive. In this way, cached objects can be efficiently distributed among the member servers. ISA Server, Enterprise Edition, changes some of the options for configuring Web Proxy client and Firewall client connections. When deploying Web Proxy or Firewall clients with ISA Server, Standard Edition, you configure the clients to use the IP address or name of the ISA Server computer when connecting to remote resources. However, when deploying Web Proxy or Firewall clients with ISA Server, Enterprise Edition, the clients must connect to the array rather than the individual servers. To enable this, configure the ISA Server clients to use the array DNS name to connect to the array. When you create an array, the array is assigned a DNS name. You can modify the array DNS name after deployment. For the ISA Server clients to connect to the array DNS name, the clients must be able to resolve the name using DNS. This means that you must add the array DNS name to the DNS zone files used by the ISA Server clients. If the array contains more than one server, you should configure a DNS host record using the dedicated IP address for each array member. If you have CARP enabled for the array, the Web Proxy clients connect to the array using the array DNS name to download the CARP script. The clients use the script to determine which array member to connect to when accessing Web content.

Select one of the computers in the array, and click Define Cache Drives (Enable Caching). 4. In the Cache Drives dialog box, configure a maximum cache size and click Set. Then click OK. Apply the changes and accept the option to restart the services. 5. Enable caching on all the servers in the array.

How long Internet Explorer tracks the history of Web pages you have visited. The History section of the General tab of the Internet Options dialog box allows you to manage how long Internet Explorer stores recent links. Use the Days To Keep Pages In History option to specify the number of days the history is maintained. The default value is 20 days. Setting this value to 0 disables the History feature. Use the Clear History button to clear the current history list. Similar to deleting temporary Internet files, clearing the history is an excellent way to improve your privacy.
