Not only radiologists or radiological technologists (radiographers) need the training but also others like IT personnel, system engineers, radiological administrators/clerks, and hospital administrators. Above all, the team requires a PACS manager or administrator who takes the ownership of the PACS, coordinates a team, services and maintains the day-to-day operation of the PACS; as well as training different groups of staff to use and service the system.
